On the afternoon of April 24, in the men's 100m final of the 2021 China Athletics Zonal Invitational (East China Region), Su Bingtian, a Chinese sprinting athlete，2019 doctoral student of Beijing Sport University, won the title with a time of 9:98 in upwind conditions, while Wu Zhiqiang, a 2017 master's student of the University, finished fifth in 10″41.

In this competition, Su Bingtian set four records - firstly, Su set the best Asian men's 100m time of the season; secondly, Su broke the 10″04 meet record held by Zhang Peimeng; thirdly, Su set the best 100m time for a Chinese player in a domestic event; fourthly, Su set a new personal best of the season Fourth, Su set a new personal best for the season.
