On February 8, the Alpine Skiing Men's Super-Giant Slalom of the Beijing Winter Olympics was held at the National Alpine Skiing Center. Zhang Yangming, an undergraduate student of Class 2019 from the Sports Coaching College of BSU, successfully finished the event in a time of 1:29.39, ranking 33^rd. He became the first in China to finish a Super-G at the Winter Olympics.
