At the Beijing Winter Olympics, Beijing Sport University (BSU) students have presented the impressive BSU speed in the short track speed skating competitions. Moreover, the red-clothed youth in the ice hockey venues of the National Indoor Stadium and Wukesong Sports Centre are also performing the amazing BSU speed. Removing all the shavings on the 1,800-square-meter ice and leaving the site within 70 seconds, they are the Ice and Snow Caddies team.

The members of the "Ice and Snow Caddies" team are all professional ice hockey players. They were selected by the ice hockey competition team of the Sports Department of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games after three rounds of tests.

There are 18 students from the China Ice Sports College of BSU joining the Ice and Snow Caddies team in the Beijing Winter Olympics. 11 of them are undergraduate and graduate students, and 7 of them are from the ice hockey youth development team. Among the 24 Ice and Snow Caddies serving in the National Indoor Stadium, 10 are from the China Ice Sports College of BSU. Huang Huan, a graduate student of China Ice Sports College of BSU, is the head of this Ice and Snow Caddies team. The other 8 female Ice and Snow Caddies serve in the Wukesong Sports Centre.
