At the 13th Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games, you have won 18 gold medals, 20 silvers and 23 bronzes, ranking first in both gold count and overall medal count. This has so far been the best performance since China participated in the Winter Paralympics. You have earned glory for the nation and the people and made important contributions to the success of the Beijing Winter Paralympics. Bearing in mind the aspirations of the Party and the people, you have carried forward the mission and forged ahead at this Paralympic Winter Games. You have pushed limits with perseverance and unity in all the events of the Games. Your achievements in both sports events and the way of life have demonstrated how tenacious and optimistic individuals can be when facing difficulties. You have observed the requirements of moral and clean competitions with styles and have had friendly exchanges with athletes differently abled from all over the world and learned from each other, which fully demonstrated the spirit of the Chinese people differently abled in the new era. Your excellent performance exemplifies the Chinese sportsmanship, reflects the progress China has made in human rights and national development, and has further spurred patriotism from the Chinese people all over the world. You represent a national inspiration of unity and hard work for the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups on the new journey of building a modern socialist country in all aspects.
