Mr. Zhou Qidi, born in January 1980 in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, Han Nationality, member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently a member of Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of BSU, and director of the Department of Student Affairs.

He once worked as staff member of the Department of Human Resources, staff member of the  Communist Youth League Committee, Deputy Head and Head of the Communist Youth League Committee, Executive Deputy Director of the Department of Student Affairs, Director of the Department of Student Affairs and Deputy Head of Office of Party Committee.

He graduated from School of Management of BSU, Department of Public Administration of Renmin University of China, and Graduate School of BSU.

He won the award of “Beijing Excellent Member of the Communist Youth League Committee”.
