Wang Liangyu, Han ethnicity, was born in November 1978 and comes from Jimo, Shandong province. He is a CPC member and holds a doctoral degree. He now serves as a member of the standing committee of the Party committee and Vice President of BSU. He still holds the position as the Executive Dean of BSU Hainan International School.

He once held positions as a member of the BSU Discipline & Inspection Office (Auditing Office); Deputy director of the BSU Discipline & Inspection Office (Auditing Office); Director of the BSU Party Committee Office (President's Office).

He graduated from the School of Economics and Management of Shandong Agricultural University and the Graduate School of Beijing Sport University. In 2021, he attended the Young Cadre Training Programs of the CPC Central Party School and the branch school.

He participated in the National High-level Accounting Talents Training Project (Administration Group) from the Ministry of Finance of China. He has won the awards Advanced Individual in Discipline Inspection and Supervision of the General Administration of Sport of China and Beijing Outstanding Discipline Inspection and Supervision Cadre.
